Vietnamese celebrations aren’t interchangeable with mainstream events. A thôi nôi isn’t just a first birthday — it’s a ceremony with traditions. An đám hỏi isn’t just an engagement party — it’s a formal family exchange. A 70th sinh nhật isn’t just a dinner — it’s an occasion the whole extended family travels for.
Most Orange County venues don’t know how to host these events. We do. As a Vietnamese-American restaurant minutes from Westminster and Garden Grove, we’ve hosted dozens of thôi nôi, đầy tháng, đám hỏi, and milestone sinh nhật. Our kitchen speaks the food language, our team respects the traditions, and our garden has room for the whole family — up to 120 guests.

Vietnamese Celebrations We Know Well
Thôi Nôi
Baby’s first birthday — the full family celebration with the traditional tray of items, family photos, and three generations gathered. We set up the traditional elements and plate a menu everyone enjoys.
Đầy Tháng
One-month baby celebrations — intimate gatherings with close family. Our garden scales down easily for smaller groups while still feeling special.
Sinh Nhật (Milestone)
60th, 70th, 80th birthdays are major family events. Karaoke system included, bring your own cake from any Vietnamese or Asian bakery, red envelope ceremonies welcome.
Đám Hỏi (Engagement)
Traditional engagement ceremonies with the formal family tea service, gift exchange, and ao dai photography. Our garden has the space for the full ceremony and reception.
Đám Giỗ
Death anniversary gatherings. An occasion that deserves dignity and the right setting. We handle the catering respectfully and give your family privacy.
Tất Niên / Reunion
Year-end family gatherings, class reunions, và community events. Perfect for holiday-season đoàn tụ with 50–120 people.

Questions From Our Community
Yes — we’ll provide a dedicated table for your traditional bàn thôi nôi setup with the tray of symbolic items for the baby to choose from. Families typically bring their own items; we handle the table, setup space, and family photo coordination.
Yes. For đám hỏi, we can arrange the ceremonial space with the family altar table (bàn thờ gia tiên), tea service area, and seating for the two families. We respect the protocol and work with your family to coordinate timing. Ao dai photography works beautifully in our garden setting.

Absolutely — no corkage fee on cakes. Most families bring cakes from Vietnamese bakeries in Westminster and Garden Grove. We’ll cut and plate for your guests at no charge.
Yes — the sound system supports Vietnamese karaoke (Arirang, California Music, YouTube karaoke channels). Families typically bring their own song lists on a laptop or tablet; we handle the audio output to the speakers. 2–4 wireless microphones included.
Yes — ADA accessible throughout, with on-site rear parking so ông bà and older family members don’t have to walk from distant parking. Our staff is familiar with helping ensure seniors are comfortably seated and attended to.
Yes. For đám giỗ (death anniversary gatherings), đám hỏi, and certain traditional ceremonies, families can set up a family altar table with incense, photos, and offerings. We provide the table and space; families bring the traditional items.
